Serial Entrepreneur and former college baseball catcher.
I am a former college baseball catcher turned entrepreneur. As a catcher you are often required to "block the plate" to keep a runner from scoring in order to win the game. As an entrepreneur for the last 10 years what I have realized is that most entrepreneurs block the plate everyday in order to win their game. Entrepreneurship is about sacrificing and giving up selfish needs for the betterment of the team (investors, co-workers, family, community, you name it). I am putting this blog together to hopefully help other entrepreneurs successfully block their plate and create winning companies.
